Unity & Balance - Ayurveda
A soothing, calming tea made from spices as well as nettle and chamomile are also amazing powerhouses, a balanced tea for an afternoon of selfish indulgence!
To Make
This blend can be made in water or milk, we love to have it ourselves with an almond or soya milk as it feels more comforting that way. But we have also had it in an infuser bottle with hot water and sipped on it during busy meetings.
So, to use this with milk, gently heat a milk of your choice in a pan and add a decent large desertspoon into the milk. Stir gently but do not boil, just heat so it is at a slow simmer. After five minutes, take off the heat and allow to cool slightly before straining with a strainer. Add honey or agave syrup to this to sweeten if you wish or add some dragon fruit powder.
To make this with hot water, add a large desertspoon to a teapot and add boiling water. Allow the mixture to infuse for at least five minutes, we tend to let ours infuse for about ten minutes.
Add a sweetner if you desire

“Ayurveda teaches us to cherish our innate nature – ‘to love and honor who we are’, not as what people think or tell us, ‘who we should be’.”
