Turmeric Chai Latte

This gorgeous blend of tea, also known as Chai , is handmade in Guernsey on a weekly basis.
 
This particular chai has turmeric,  green cardamom , cinnamon sticks, black pepper, cloves, ginger, and star anise
 
All you need to do is take one teaspoon per person and warm gently in a milk of your choice, this could be cows milk or a milk alternative. Heat slowly and simmer stirring gently for about ten to fifteen minutes. Strain the milk through a sieve, add honey if you wish a little sweetness and enjoy.
