Sleepy Head Tea
A new tea for 2024 is our Sleepy Head which has generous amounts of herbs and botanicals including Valerian to help you drift off to a more peaceful sleep.
Just have a warming cup of Sleepy Head about an hour before bedtime, then put on your pajamas and pull up your blankies for a good nights sleep.
We do recommend that you seek medical advice regarding taking this tea alongside any medications that may interact with this including other sleep medications.
Ingredients
Blackberry leaves, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Spearmint, Passion Flower, Valerian, Linden Leaf, Lemon Peel, Lemon Grass, Hops, Catnip, Lavender
How To Use
Take one teaspoon of loose-leaf tea and place it into an infuser or teapot and pour boiling water over it. Allow to infuse for up to 10 minutes and then remove the infuser. Do not take if you are due to drive or operate any machinery
