Refresh Herbal Tea 50g Pouch

A great tea, caffeine free and so supportive! With chamomile and calendula, you have the anti inflammatory properties along with calming influences. We have added rose and peppermint which will help balance mood and digestion.
To use, simply add a teaspoon per cup into a tea ball or teapot/infuser and add boiling water. Allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes and serve without milk. This can be also served over ice with fresh mint and a sprig of Rosemary.
