To make a tea, try blending this with chamomile, calendula, pine needles and dandelion leaf for a very rewarding and healthy tea. Simply add this to hot water, infuse for ten minutes, drain through a fine strainer and serve. I personally like to add a little honey to mine if I’m feeling a little under the weather.
